• Individual sessions are $150 per 50mn.

  • The sessions are offered either on zoom or they take place outside for a walk & talk.

  • Most insurances have coverage for RCC and/or CCC. Please check with your insurance.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    In consideration of other patients and practitioners, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to change or cancel appointments. This time has been reserved for you and unattended appointments prevent counsellors from seeing other clients. Clients will be expected to cover the full session fee in the case of missed appointments or late cancellations that cannot be booked by another client. Please be advised that non-attended appointments cannot be billed to insurance providers. Thank you for your consideration.

  • During the initial consultation, we will go over confidentiality regulations.

  • An initial consultation is just a casual conversation to see if we are a good fit to work with one another or if we are a good fit to work with your child/youth. It gives you the opportunity to see who we are as counsellors and for us to see if we can be of help.

  • Our availability is :

    • Monday 2 pm to 5 pm

    • Tuesday 2 pm to 6 pm

    • Wednesday, 9am to noon

  • Sessions are offered in both French and English
